With over 20 years of experience in Toronto’s real estate market and a strong academic foundation in economics and philosophy, Lenka also offers one-on-one real estate consulting services for individuals and investors seeking strategic guidance outside of a designated representation agreement. These consultations are designed for clients who need expert insight on specific situations, second opinions on potential deals, portfolio or asset reviews, or support in developing acquisition or disposition strategies. Lenka’s approach combines analytical rigor with a values-driven perspective, helping clients evaluate opportunities clearly and confidently. Consulting services do not include property valuations and are not intended to solicit buyers, sellers, landlords, or tenants who are currently under contract. All consultations are conducted online and billed on an hourly basis at $300.00 CAD per hour.
